Answer to last week's riddle: Roger Bannister officially recorded a time of 3 minutes, 59.4 seconds on 6 May 1954.

The riddle asked last week was who ran the first 4 minute mile.

As reported by By Mike Tymn in the May 2004 issue of Running Times Magazine:  "Roger Bannister did not run the first four-minute mile.  An exact 4:00.00 was first achieved on September 3, 1958 by England's Derek Ibbotson in a fourth-place finish behind Herb Elliott at White City."

This week's riddle:  What was the circumference of the largest hail stone ever recorded in the U.S.?
