Morning Jim!

What a wild ride 2008 has been! I am back in the office for the first time in months, the stack of trade journals and junk mail is (honestly) five feet tall. It will all be dumped into Domtar's recycle bin at the Catholic school down the street tomorrow, unread and unopened.

Business was solid this year and Uncle Sam plans to spend billions on materials processed through rotary kilns next year. It looks like the pace is going to accelerate and we are going to have an artificial boom in rock products, Ludwig Von Mises and free markets be darned.
