Comments on "Making Accountants Accountable"

Hello Jim, It's a great truth! How many times a good customer has been lost because of a floppy job made by a bureocrat in the account department.

A very good friend of mine used to say that no matter the effort made by sales and production to offer a product of top quality at a reasonable price, The first hand image costumers had of a supplier were only two: the driver who delivers your product and the people in charge of collecting the bill. If theye didnt treat ´the customer politely you would be in trouble

Best regards from Argentina from an old retired colleague who reads your Nip Impressions with pleasure every time they are published.
