In my column last week, we asked readers, "How can we help you with communications?"
"Weaving communications ideas into our content" was the top answer, followed by "More columns on communications."
Next we asked, "Would your site be receptive to a "communications audit"?"
Two-thirds of respondents answered "No."
Finally, we asked, "Finally, how would you rate communications on your site now?"
"Average" was the top answer, followed by "Above average."
