Do what I say!


Last week, we asked, "Has your company invested in a robust data historian software/hardware package?"

66.7% said "YES"

22.2% said "NO"

And then there were the answers like this "Package-yes. Robust-no. People who know how to use it-no."

Then we asked, "How are you training your employees to use data?"

(multiple choice allowed)

44.4% said "Six Sigma"

11.1% said "Kepner-Tregoe"

11.1% said "Formal in house Training"

44.4% said "We are not training"

11.1% said "OJT to show people how to find what they are looking for"
