In my column last week, we asked "How many years' experience do you have in your career?"
A third said "21-30," a third said "31-40," 25 percent said "More than 40," and 8.3. percent said "Less than 10."
Next, we posed "Looking back on your career, do you think there is more innovation now?"
33 percent said "Disagree," 25 percent said "Strongly agree," 25 percent said "Neither agree or disagree," and 16.7 said "Agree."
Finally, we asked, "Are innovators punished at your place of employment?"
41.7 percent said "Sometimes," 33 percent said "Seldom," and 25 percent said "Never."
