1. In terms of mail delivered by your postal service (in other words, printed matter), in cases other than magazines do you have any mail that has not been opened in 48 hours? 18% said "Yes"
2. Do you have any unopened email older than 24 hours? 23% said "Yes"
3. Do you have any unplayed voicemail over 24 hours old? 100% said "No"
