All for it, however I am somewhere between local resistance will make it impossible and I think it will work. Replace impossible with difficult and I think that about nails it. Along with potential neighborhood resistance, convincing local officials to re-zone and abandon dreams of sales tax revenues is no small task.

Overcoming the environmental community will be one of the biggest hurdles to pulling this off. Probably great opportunities for other businesses, too. Just use one's imagination.

It can also be used as a newspaper (for as long as they are still printing) recycle collection point
