Last week we asked a couple of questions about your level of engagement in your mill.

The first one was, "When was the last time you were on the roof of your mill?"  The answers ranged from "today" to "three months ago."

The second one was, "When was the last time you were to the back fence (or equivant) of your facility?

Here the answers ranged from "last week" to "two months ago." 

Somehow we think others chose to ignore the subject.
