Andritz will supply a new high-capacity chemi-mechanical pulp production line to Zhanjiang China Paper Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangdong Guanhao High-Tech Co., Ltd. in Guangdong Province, China.
The new line will fill the gap in the company's chemi-mechanical pulp supply and end Guangdong Guanhao High-Tech Co., Ltd.'s dependence on market pulp.
The new P-RC APMP (Pre-Conditioning Refiner Chemical Alkaline Peroxide Mechanical Pulp) line, with an annual capacity of 400,000 tons, will produce high-quality pulp for premium white cardboard. Andritz will supply the complete line, including systems for wood chip washing, impregnation, high-consistency refining, bleaching, washing, low-consistency refining, screening, and rejects treatment. Andritz will also provide the installation supervision, commissioning, start-up, and training.
