Antalis acquires Poitoo Adhésifs business

As part of Antalis' drive to broaden its product portfolio and strengthen its presence in the visual communication market in France, the distributor has acquired Poitoo Adhésifs.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Poitoo Adhésifs specialises in large format media printing and cutting machines, as well as various consumables. With a turnover of €16.5 million in 2022 and over 3,070 active customers, Poitoo Adhésifs has established itself as a key player in its sector, thanks to its recognised expertise and know-how.

Hervé Poncin, CEO of Antalis, said: "The acquisition of the Poitoo Adhésifs business, long-established in the French visual communication market, is a strategic move for Antalis. Our product ranges and markets are highly complementary. This transaction enables us to continue our growth strategy in visual communication, particularly in key segments such as car wrapping and interior decoration, while strengthening our range of machines and our technical expertise. We will be able to better serve our customers with flagship brands such as Coala, Avery, MacTac, Orafol, 3M, Arlon, and Aslan."

This acquisition is part of Antalis' strategy to position itself as a benchmark player in the adhesive and graphic communication solutions sector, while providing its customers a broader distribution network and enhanced technical expertise.
