Antalis acquires UK's The Packaging Company (Midlands)

UNITED KINGDOM (From news reports) -- Antalis, a paper, packaging, and visual communication products distributor, has completed the acquisition of The Packaging Company (Midlands) in the UK for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition of The Packaging Company (Midlands), which provides a range of packaging solutions, will allow Antalis to expand its packaging capabilities and diversify its product offerings.

It also strengthens the company's strategic positioning within the UK's packaging market.
