Antalis continues to expand internationally and has signed a binding agreement to acquire Pakella, a leading player in the distribution and manufacture of industrial and food packaging in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Pakella is a leading packaging distributor in Baltic countries with a Euro15 million turnover in 2023 and 60 employees.
The agreement is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions including the approval of the Latvian competition authority.
Antalis, already well established in Europe, continues to expand its presence in the packaging distribution market worldwide. Following the acquisition of Portuguese company 100 Metros at the beginning of 2024, Pakella will strengthen Antalis' offering in the industrial and food packaging market in the Baltic countries.
