Alistair McAlinden and Blair Nimmo, of Interpath Advisory, were appointed joint administrators of the 10 UK based companies within the Arjowiggins UK Group on Thursday 22 September 2022, including Arjowiggins Scotland Limited and Arjowiggins Chartham Mill Limited.
Arjowiggins Scotland Limited and Arjowiggins Chartham Mill Limited are continuing to trade on a restricted basis.
The Arjowiggins companies based outwith the UK, including the subsidiary operations in China (Quzhou Mill) and Spain (Guarro Casas), are not subject to insolvency proceedings. Any queries regarding these entities/mills should be directed to these companies, which are continuing to operate.
