Esa Kaikkonen has been appointed Metsä Group's EVP, Strategy. He will move to the position from his post as CEO of Metsä Tissue. Metsä Group's previous EVP, Strategy Sari Pajari-Sederholm has been appointed Metsä Tissue's CEO. The changes took effect on 1 March 2025.

After the most recent change, Metsä Group's Executive Management Team will comprise the following members:
