Early morning fire at Green Bay Packaging facility injures one

LEBANON, Ohio (From news reports) -- A fire took place at a packaging plant in Lebanon Friday morning.

It happened around 12:32 a.m., Aug. 23, at Green Bay Packaging Inc.

A pile of cardboard is believed to have caught fire, according to a public alert put out about the fire.

The Lebanon Fire Department said that one person was transported to Bethesda North Hospital for injuries related to smoke inhalation.

The fire department said that the fire was extinguished at 2:51 a.m.

There is no word on the cause of the fire or whether the building sustained any damage in the fire.
