CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (From news reports) -- Fire crews in Cedar Rapids fought a mechanical fire at WestRock packaging on May 16.
Workers had to be evacuated from the building but were released back to work following the incident.
No one was injured.
Crews found a fire in a compacting machine there and were able to get it under control in less than an hour.
