Firefighters tackle blaze at Sappi Westbrook, Maine paper mill

WESTBROOK, Maine (From news reports) -- The Westbrook Professional Firefighters say they were called to a small fire at a paper mill on Saturday, March 8.
Authorities say they extinguished the fire at the Sappi paper mill.
The crews reportedly stayed there after the fire was put out to ventilate smoke and restore fire protection systems.
They were assisted by the Gorham Fire Department and Portland Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 740, who reportedly covered stations while the Westbrook authorities fought the fire.
