Ilim Group announces that Kseniia Sosnina has stepped down from her role as the Company's CEO due to the expiration of her employment contract. Aleksey Lomko, Senior Vice President Legal, has been appointed Acting CEO.
Kseniia Sosnina was appointed CEO of the Company in June 2016 after her service on the Company's Board of Directors. She led large-scale upgrade with total investment of $3.8 billion. The overall capacity of Ilim Group's Mills grew by 17% and product export to China reached record high 2.2 million tons per year.
Aleksey Lomko began his career with the Company in 2005 and has been Senior Vice President since August 2018. Mr Lomko graduated from the Ural Legal Academy in 1999 and in 2016, received MBA from the Northwestern University (U.S.) and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
