International Paper offers stronger-than-expected revenue guidance for 2025

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (From news reports) -- International Paper forecasts it will generate 2025 revenues of $27 billion, which is higher than the consensus of $24.6 billion. Still, shares slipped 1.4% in pre-market trade Tuesday, March 25.

The company also anticipates its total adjusted Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (Adj Ebitda) for the same year to be between $3.5 billion and $4 billion. Additionally, it projects its capital expenditure (Capex) to be approximately $1.9 billion per year from 2025 to 2027.

Looking further ahead to 2027, International Paper predicts its free cash flow to be in the range of $2 billion to $2.5 billion. Meanwhile, its adjusted Ebitda is expected to increase to between $5.5 billion and $6 billion.

The company also anticipates net sales for the year 2027 to be between $26 billion and $28 billion.
