Mats Nordlander, Head of Business Areas Containerboard and Pulp, has decided to leave SCA during 2024. Mats Nordlander will remain in his role as Head of the both Business Areas until December 31.
- Mats, with his extensive and profound knowledge of the Swedish and international forest industry, has been extremely valuable to SCA, particularly due to his ability to navigate significant structural and complex changes and major investments. I wish Mats the best of luck in his next career step," comments Ulf Larsson, President and CEO.

After 30 years in leading positions in forest industry companies, both in Sweden and internationally, I now look forward to continuing my career in other types of roles," comments Mats Nordlander on his decision to leave SCA at the turn of the year.
A process to recruit a new Head of Business Areas Containerboard and Pulp will commence immediately.
