Rengo has integrated the Packaging Solution business of SunTox Co., Ltd. and Mitsui Chemicals Tohcello, Inc. in an absorption-type merger and acquired 51.0% of shares issued by the Integrated Company (new trading name: RM TOCHELLO CO., LTD.) on the same date, making it into a subsidiary.
As a frontrunner of polyolefin films and foam-molded sheets, RM TOCHELLO CO., LTD. will enhance its supply system and strengthen its development capabilities.
