Rengo announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Sanyo Jidosha Unso Co., Ltd., has acquired 100% of the shares issued by OASIS Inc. and OASIS EXPRESS Inc., making OASIS Group a Rengo subsidiary.

OASIS Group has sales offices and branches mainly in Chiba Prefecture and Saitama Prefecture, Japan, and provides logistics services with a focus on the transportation business and warehousing business.

Through the acquisition of OASIS Group, Sanyo Jidosha Unso will expand its delivery network, improve transportation quality, and strengthen its sustainable logistics system.
