Former Clearwater Paper mill sold

The former Clearwater Paper Company mill in Fox Crossing is under new ownership. K-K Integrated Logistics of Menominee, Michigan has purchased the plant along Lake Street. The company is proposing to turn a six-story section of the mill into apartments. The rest of the space could be converted into a warehouse. Trilliant Food and Nutrition will be moving into another warehouse on that site this spring.
